Abstract:
The article is devoted to the evolution of Eastern European irregular troops in the XVIII century, when they were forced to compete with the regular armies of the Western European model. In it are analyzed shortcomings and advantages of irregular system of the organization which became actual in this century. The author comes to a conclusion that the elimination of the most part of the East European irregular troops was made possible only when regular armies start using their tactics and weapons. Similar influence was mutual, and preserved irregular troops adopted more and more elements of the organization of a regular army.

Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the South American arms race and will analyze one of its directions – building at the beginning XX of the century of the river armored ships, that were appeared because of the rivalry of Argentina and Brazil in the pond of La-Plata. There are given their technical characteristics, designation, design feature and armament, are described building ships and basic stages of service in the composition Navy of these countries. It is told about the value, which these ships for the fleets of their countries had.

Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the description of the history of appearance in the Navy of Poland the ships of class cruiser. The brief characteristic of the Polish fleet before World War II is given. There is given the history of the acquisition in Belgium of the former French cruiser «D’Entrecasteaux», converted into the training ship «Baltyk». Is told about the appearance in the composition of Polish Navy of the former British cruisers HMS «Dragon» and HMS «Danaya», renamed in «Conrad», their technical characteristics are given, is described the history of their building and service in the British fleet, target run in the composition of Polish Navy is outlined. There is described the sinking cruiser «Conrad» by the German guided torpedo «Neger».

Abstract:
The article is the first special study on F.N. Remezov, Soviet general and veteran of the Great Patriotic War. In July 1941 he conducted the 13th Army during the fights at Smolensk direction. Then he was a commander of the North Caucasian Military District and the 56th Separate Army. In late autumn of 1941 the troops under the command of Remezov left and in a week liberated Rostov-on-Don. But further Soviet offensive in the south direction has been stopped by the German defensive line Mius-front. Remezov became a commander of the South Ural Military District. In 1942–1945 he conducted the 45th Army in the Caucasus and Iran. The research is based on the archival and published sources.
